You have your opponent in the guard.
You shift to the left and push him in his neck.
You hold his arm behind his elbow.
You pull up you're right knee and place it in his neck.
You swing you're left leg onto his back.
You control his arm with your hands.
You make sure his arm is in a 90 degree angle
his hand pointing towards his feet.
You maintain pressure on back and neck with
you're legs.
You the quickly swing your leg over his head
and lock his arm in a triangle.
You keep applying pressure on your opponent
by pressing on his back.
You the stretch you're right leg in front of his
face / throat and stretch up your hips.
