Za chwilę przystąpisz do diagnozy z języka angielskiego.
Diagnoza sprawdzi 3 standardy:
1. Rozumienie ze słuchu.
W tej części do zdobycia jest 10 punktów (20%) testu.
Zadania nagrane są dwukrotnie. Wysłuchasz nagrania tekstów i na ich podstawie rozwiążesz cztery
pierwsze zadania. Po wysłuchaniu i rozwiązaniu zadania 4, przystąp do pracy przy zadaniach
kolejnych, nie czekając na dodatkową informację ze strony nauczyciela.
2. Rozumienie tekstu czytanego.
Ten standard sprawdzają zadania 5-11. Możesz za nie otrzymać 20 punktów (40% testu).
3. Reagowanie językowe.
Za zadania 12-17 możesz uzyskać 20 punktów (40% testu). Wymagają one udzielenia pisemnej
odpowiedzi odpowiedniej do okoliczności przedstawionych w tekście.

Przeczytaj tekst, dobierz i zaznacz tytuł.
Mediterranean food is full of flavours and aromas that bring back memories of unforgettable summer
holidays. Risotto Milanese , Spaghetti Bolognese , tiramisu sound delicious. The Italians eat meat and fish,
seafood and lots of vegetables served with rice or pasta. But what makes their food unique are endless
variations of sauces like romesco or salsa verde , which means ‘green sauce’. Salsa is usually a mixture
of fresh chopped herbs, garlic, olive oil, anchovies and capers.
If you want to do it by yourself, its simplified version tastes great as well, and is easier to prepare
for an inexperienced cook. You just have to mix herbs with mustard, some oil and lemon juice.
So invite your friends, serve the salsa with roasted vegetables and a traditional rice dish. But don’t forget
about something sweet, like ricotta cakes. These honey and vanilla-flavoured desserts take only a few
minutes to make, but would provide a pleasing contrast to your meal.

1. We didn’t always live on Mango Street. Before that we lived on Loomis on the third floor
and before that, we lived on Keeler Street. Before Keeler, it was Elk Street and before that,
I can’t remember. But what I remember most is moving a lot. Each time, it seemed there was one
more of us. By the time we got to Mango Street, we were six – Mama, Papa, Carlos, Kiki, my sister
Nenny and me.
2. The house on Mango Street is ours and we don’t have to pay rent to anybody, or share
the garden with the people downstairs, or be careful not to make too much noise - as there isn’t any
owner banging on the ceiling with a broom when we are noisy. But even with all those positive
sides, it’s not the house we wanted.
3. We had to leave the house on Loomis Street quick. The water pipes broke and the owner didn’t want
to fix them because the house was too old. We had to leave fast. We were using the bathroom next
door and carrying water in buckets. That’s why Mama and Papa looked for a house and that’s why
we moved into the house on Mango Street, far away, on the other side of town.
4. They always told us that they wanted to move into a house, a real house with running water, and they
wanted it to be ours. A house with a basement and at least three bathrooms so we could take a bath
without asking permission. Our own house with white trees around it, a great big garden and grass
growing with no fence. This was the house Papa talked about when he held a lottery ticket
and this was the house Mama dreamt of in the stories she told us before we went to bed.

Sports in the United States are an important part of the national culture. However, the sporting culture
of the U.S. is different from that of many other countries, especially in Europe.
The most popular sport in most countries football (soccer) isn’t an important sport in the USA compared
to the team sports: baseball, American football, basketball and ice hockey which have always been four
of all American favourites.
The most American of all sports mentioned above is American football known in the United States
simply as football. It is a competitive team sport known for its physical brutality. The object of the game
is to score points by putting an oval ball into the opposing team’s end zone.
Points can be scored in a variety of ways, for example by carrying the ball over the goal line, throwing
it to another player past the goal line or kicking it through the goal posts on the opposing side. The winner
is the team with the most number of points when the time is over and the last play ends.
Each team consists of forty-eight players but there are only eleven on the field during a game. Players
have very specialised roles and teams are divided into separate units: the offence, the defence and the special
team.
Football is an autumn sport. A season begins in late August and runs through December, into January.
The professional playoffs take place in January, and the Super Bowl – the most expected game of the year
is often played in the first week of February.
