This folder contains two items. The 'Devices' folder is full of device drivers for the Steinberg Studio module. Please see the manual for more info about how to use them. The program DMakerSetup.exe is a program for making new device drivers. It is an expect tool, as manufacturering devices is not something that is easy to do; it requires detailed knowledge about how MIDI SysEx messages for a particular device are constructed.
