LEFT FRONT
With smaller needles and 2 strands of ‘Kid Seta’ and

Work in St st same as for back, work side shaping
and dart at right edge same as for back. At same
time, shape curved hem on row 3 as foll: Cast on
7 (8, 9) sts at left edge once, 4 (5, 6) sts once, 3 sts
twice, 2 sts twice. Inc 1 st at left edge once, then ev-
ery other row 5 times, then every foll 4 th row 4 times,
then every foll 6 th row twice— 29 (33, 37) sts. When
front measures same length as back to armhole,
work armhole shaping at right edge same as for
back. At same time, when piece measures 6¼”/16cm
from last curved hem inc, shape neck as foll: Bind
off 1 st at left edge once, 0 (1, 3) sts once, then bind
off 1 st every foll 4 th row 12 (13, 13) times. When
front measures same length as back to shoulders,
work shoulder shaping at right edge same as for
back.
GAUGE
14 sts and 20 rows = 4”/10cm in St st with 2 strands

sts. Pm for first dart before 23 rd (25 th , 27 th ) st and af-
ter 24 th (26 th , 28 th ) st; pm for 2 nd dart before 63 rd
(69 th , 75 th ) st and after 64 th (70 th , 76 th ) st. Work in St
st for 3¼”/8cm. Shape sides * Bind off 1 st at beg
of next 2 rows, work 6 rows even; rep from * 5 times
more. At same time, when piece measures 5”/13cm,
work dart dec rows as instructed under notes—

RIGHT FRONT
Work same as for left front, rev all shaping.
SLEEVES
With larger needles and 2 strands of ‘Kid Seta’ and 1 strand of ‘Mosco’ held
tog, cast on 50 (53, 56) sts. Beg with a WS row, work in St st for 4”/10cm.
Change to smaller needles and work dec row as foll: Bind off 1 st at beg
of next 2 rows, * work 8 rows even, bind off 1 st at beg of next 2 rows, rep
from * once more—44 (47, 50) sts. Work even for 3½”/9cm. Shape sleeve
Inc 1 st each end of needle on next row, then every foll 8 th row twice—50
(53, 56) sts. Work even until piece measures 4¾”/12cm from beg of sleeve
shaping. Shape sleeve cap Bind off 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows, 2 sts at
beg of foll 2 rows, 1 st at beg of foll 24 (26, 28) rows, 3 sts at beg of foll 2
rows. Bind off rem 10 (11, 12) sts.
FINISHING
Lower back trim With circular needle and 2 strands of ‘Kid Seta’ and 1

edge trim With circular needle, 2 strands of ‘Kid Seta’ and 1 strand of ‘Mos-

along curved section, 18 sts to front neck shaping, 54 (59, 64) sts along
right front neck edge, 27 (31, 35) sts along back neck edge, 54 (59, 64) sts
along left front neck edge, 18 sts to curved section, 70 (75, 80) sts along
curved section—311 (335, 359) sts. Beg with a WS row, work 4 rows in rev
St st, working 5 buttonholes on row 1 as foll: Work to beg of right front
neck shaping, yo, k2tog. Work 4 more buttonholes spaced 3 sts apart. Sew
side and sleeve seams. Sew in sleeves. Sew buttons.
