Title : Primo (HTC One V) Capture Program
In order to keep improving product quality, HTC is performing a capture program to analysis initial
returns, Please treat the capture program with highest priority and ensure the defective devices are
collected and sent back to HTC for analysis on time.
Action:
1. When you get first 20 Primo (HTC One V) returns, No matter DOA or Repair return, Do not repair
the device,
Please inform HTC by the mail account CSD_SQE@htc.com immediately.
2. HTC will instruct how to process the capture program.
3. HTC will update the SA to STOP the capture program once getting enough capture returns.
