The masters of Mirrors are paramount in power
within the realm of the Jeshatan. Mirrors are
used for communication, confirmation of
intentions and travel. Without the mirrors that
allow them to function, their society would be
sorely punished to keep up with the demands
that their harsh realm in the Elemental
Dimension of Magic places upon them. Mirrors
are considered to be any clearly reflective
surface. Thus for example a still pool, highly
polished weapons or blades, certain kinds of
rock faces etc can qualify for these spells.
The target must leap or move through a mirror
through which he can fit. The spell
automatically opens a portal at the nearest
mirror of equivalent size within the range of the
spell. If the caster can actually see another
mirror, he may choose to use that instead of
the nearest mirror available.
Reflectionary Spy
Conjuration [Creation]

Range: 100 Ft/Level
Effect: Allows the Caster’s reflection to spy
Duration: 1 Round/Level
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: N/A
If the target fails to move through the mirror in
one round, then the mirror instantly shoves
them back through the mirror through which
the caster initially entered.
Material Component: A pair of mirrors
This highly useful spell disconnects the
caster’s reflection from its bond’s to him on the
Plane of Mirrors. The caster’s reflection is able
to act independently and speak through the
mirror closest to the caster. The caster can
use this as a cheap parlor trick, but it has far
more useful applications.
Sniping Mirror

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 100 Ft/Level
Effect: Allows the Caster to cast spells through
a mirror
Duration: 1 Round/Level
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: N/A
The reflection is as intelligent as the caster,
and is able to spy through any mirror within the
range of the caster. The reflection is a
construct on the Plane of Mirrors with as much
intelligence as the caster. The reflection can
report anything he sees with the same interest
and personality as the caster himself. If the
mirror is covered in cloth or otherwise
obscured, the reflection cannot see through the
obstacle.
This spell functions in a somewhat similar
fashion to Mirror Leap except that instead of
permitting transport through one mirror into
another, it permits spellcasting. Thus, the
caster can cast spells of increased range by
using a mirror as a focus. The caster must be
still be able to see their target, either through
natural means or through scrying. Only first or
second level spells may be cast using this
method.
The reflection can also offer advice, though this
advice is no better than what the caster could
think of by himself. It is, sometimes, however,
a nice way to have a conversation when no
one else will listen. The reflection is a
presence on the Plane of Mirrors, but is easily
destroyed, possessing only one HP.
When the caster sends a spell through a
mirror, the mirror flashes bright white for a brief

period of time. It adds +20 to any spot roll to
see it. The caster can switch the effects of the
spell from one destination mirror to another,
but this takes a round, and the new mirror
becomes just as bright.
This spell allows the caster to bond two mirrors
to each other. As long as the spell lasts, these
two mirrors can be used to see or hear
everything reflected in the other. This bond is
not affected by distance, including travel to
other planes. If the spell is dispelled or
otherwise disrupted, then the bond is removed.
If the mirror is brought into an Anti-Magic Shell
or similar area, the link ceases to function, but
unless the spell is specifically removed, it will
resume as soon as the mirror enters a normal
magical area.

Mirror Hive
Divination [Scrying]

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 1000 Ft/Level
Effect: Allows Caster to scry through multiple
mirrors at the same time.
Duration: 1 Minute/Level
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: Negates
The caster can affect any mirror up to one
cubic inch per level of the caster. Note, that
only two mirrors may be paired in this fashion
by a single spell, regardless of the size of the
mirror.
Material Component: A pair of mirrors
This spell allows the caster to create dozens of
tiny reflections on a single mirror of mirrors
through which he desires to spy. The caster
may enlarge any single smaller reflection to
take up the larger portion mirror for increased
scrutiny. The caster is only able to view
through mirrors.
Shine
Transmutation [Alteration]
Level: Sor/Wiz 6
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 20 Ft/Level of the caster
Effect: Makes all surfaces within the area of
effect reflective.
Duration: 3 Hours/Level
Saving Throw: Fortitude
Spell Resistance: Negates
Any creature being observed has the
opportunity to make a Will Save to resist being
noticed. The caster may get around this effect
by observing an area rather than a specific
creature. If the caster attempts to scry a
creature beyond the range of the spell, they will
only view a cloudy surface. Spells, devices
and abilities that prohibit scrying will also
prohibit this ability from functioning. The
reflections on the mirror only convey visual
information, not sound.
This spell alters the surface of everything
within a 40’ radius of the center of an area the
caster targets to have a reflective surface.
This can have a somewhat disconcerting effect
on anyone caught in the area, who must make
a Fortitude save to avoid being blinded for 1d4
rounds from the sudden glare. However, the
primary purpose of the spell is to cause the
entire area in which the spell is cast to qualify
as a mirror.

Effect: Allows a pair of mirrors to be used for
communication over great distance.

Trap Door Mirror
Abjuration/Evocation [Alteration]
Level: Sor/Wiz 7
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: Self/Target
Effect: Stores a spell and reflects it later on the
target through a mirror.
Duration: 1 Day/Level
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: Negates
or as soon as it can within the standard
duration of the spell.
Material Component: A small mirror.
Reflection of Soul
Enchantment [Mimicry]
Level: Sor/Wiz 8
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 20 Ft
Effect: Creates a duplicate of a reflected
being’s mind and soul within a mirror.
Duration: 1 Hour/Level
Saving Throw: Will
Spell Resistance: Negates
The caster must have a mirror on his person
for this spell to work. Once cast, it lingers for
the duration of the spell and then absorbs the
next magical spell that affects caster. The
caster is still entirely affected by the spell that
is being cast upon them.
This spell will allow the caster to duplicate the
mind and soul of anyone reflected in a
specially prepared mirror. For the duration of
the spell, the duplicate is subject to the whims
and questions of the caster of the spell. The
caster may inflict fear pain; pleasure or any
other desired emotional state, which the
duplicate may resist with a Will Save equal to
the original target of the spell.
However, whether or not the spell is successful
[ie regardless if the Caster makes an
appropriate saving throw or not] the person
casting the spell affecting the caster of Trap
Door Mirror must make a Will Save. If the
victim of Trap Door Mirror fails this save, then
the trap is set. The caster of Trap Door Mirror
sets a duration for the spell, after which, the
same spell that the victim originally cast at the
caster of Trap Door Mirror is then set upon the
victim.
The mirror takes 24 hours to prepare, though
the spell itself takes very little time to cast. If
there is more than one person reflected in the
mirror, the caster may command the mirror
hold up to one person for every three caster
levels the caster possesses.
For example, if a wizard casts a Sleep spell at
the mage who has cast Trap Door Mirror then,
at a time of the Mirrologist chooses within the
duration of the spell, the same Sleep spell will
be cast upon the original wizard that cast it,
with the same save difficulty and potency of the
original spell.
If the subject of the spell fails their first will
save, they are entitled to a second will save
with an increased DC of 10 to notice if they
were affected by a spell. If they fail the second
save, they are entirely unaware of what has
occurred.
Trap Door Mirror can only originate from a
mirror. If the victim is not within 40 feet of a
mirror when the trap is designed to go off, then
the spell will simply go off at the first available
opportunity thereafter. If the trapped and
mimicked spell does not go off before the end
of Trap Door Mirror then it is not released .
If the mirror is destroyed, the duplicates
immediately cease to exist.
Material Component: A small mirror.
Trap Door Mirror can only trap up to and
including Sixth Level Spells. If the caster fails
to set a time, either because of death or
unconciousness from the spell that affects
them or other circumstances, the trapped spell
will simply affect the victim 1d4+1 rounds later

Mirror of Prowess

Range: Touch
Effect: Creates a powerful but temporary
magical artifact.
Duration: 1 Day
Saving Throw: No
Spell Resistance: N/A
mirror. Specifically, if he has spells such as
Bull’s Strength or Stoneskin that he wishes to
cast, each such spell will automatically affect
the created creature when it emerges. These
spells only last for their normal duration,
regardless of when the reflected creature is
attacked.
Material Component: A Mirror at least 3’ by 4’.
Mirror Mastery (11 h Circle)
Alteration (Enhancement)
Spellcraft DC: 75
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 Hour
Range: Centered on Caster
Effect: Turns all mirrors in the area into
servants of the caster.
Duration: 1 Day/Level
Saving Throw: Fortitude
Spell Resistance: Yes
This spell turns a mirror touched by the caster
into a Mirror of Mental Prowess as described
by the Dungeon Master’s Guide . When the
spell ends, the mirror returns to its previously
unenchanted state. It will not work on a mirror
that is magical in nature.
Material Component: A mirror at least 2’ by 4’.
Epic Spells

Range: 100 Feet
Effect: Creates a duplicate to fight the caster’s
enemies.
Duration: 1 Round/Level
Saving Throw: Reflex
Spell Resistance: Yes
To Develop: Only the Jeshatan know their
own rituals, which involve techniques and
magics long lost to Mortals. A tome with the
spells of the Jeshatan might contain the
secrets of the ritual, but a mage would never
easily be able to easily create them on their
own. Even if they could create a spell that has
a similar effect, it would use entirely different
techniques. The Jeshatan would hunt down
and kill anyone else who ever obtained this
rite.
To Develop: Only the Jeshatan know their
own rituals, which involve techniques and
magics long lost to Mortals. A tome with the
spells of the Jeshatan might contain the
secrets of the ritual, but a mage would never
easily be able to easily create them on their
own. Even if they could create a spell that has
a similar effect, it would use entirely different
techniques. The Jeshatan would hunt down
and kill anyone else who ever obtained this
rite.
This spell affects an area of a one-mile radius
circle per level of the caster, centered on the
caster. It turns all mirrors into sentient spies
that work to report information to the caster.
The caster may set a preset condition [similar
to a Magic Mouth spell, as found in the Player’s
Handbook ], in which the mirrors will
automatically communicate their observations
to the caster. All of these mirrors are
telepathically linked with the caster, and the
caster may choose any mirror to look through
during the course of the spell.
This spell functions exactly as the Mirror of
Opposition as outlined in the Player’s
Handbook. The caster may cover an area on a
mirror up to one cubic foot per level of the
caster.
If a mirror is a magic item or a sentient being, it
must make a Fortitude save to avoid being
affected by this spell. If the mirror is an
intelligent item, it is also entitled to a Will save
at +4 to avoid the effects of the spell. If the
intelligent mirror fails, then it is charmed as per
the Charm Monster spell in the Player’s
