Thank you very much for purchasing my patterns. Your support is greatly appreciated! To install the .pat file in Adobe Photoshop, please follow these steps: 1. Open Adobe Photoshop 2. Open / Create a document 3. Select / Add a layer under the layers rollout 4. Right click the layer and choose 'Blending Options' 5. Select 'Pattern Overlay' from the options on the left 6. Select the drop down arrow next to the pattern preview 7. Select the menu arrow (arrow is pointing right) 8. Choose 'load patterns' 9. Navigate to and choose the patterns file included in this download 10. Use any of the patterns within TIPS/TRICKS * When choosing a pattern, you have two options for each... black and white, and color. * The color options work best as a layer on their own * The black and white work best when using different 'Blend Modes', such as overlay, screen, multiply etc * Try using different blending modes for the patterns, even if they are color patterns... you can make some very cool effects! * When choosing a scale for the pattern, try to scale such that the repetitive nature of the pattern doesn't become too obvious. Sometimes having something too repetitive can look tacky.
