However, most players will find it annoying / impractical to have to insert the CD every time, and will run the cracked version anyway. game_clean.exe - The uncracked (original) exe, version 1.037, in case you need it. - installation instructions - 1. Install the game (mount or burn the image first) 2. apply the official patch (Renegade_1037_English.exe) 3. replace game.exe with game.exe if you wish to play without the CD. 4. To change your serial number, you need the woldata.key file (in your ccr dir) with the corresponding "serial" entry in your registry ( an encoded version, not the same as whats on the box, and located in HKLM\software\westwood\renegade ) . or you could just re-install the game.
