Install Styler using the included executable. Copy the "Windows 7 Theme" folder to "C:\Program Files\Styler\TB\skins\Styler's". Right click the Styler tray icon and press show. On the tab "Toolbar", make sure the box "Hide Menubar(Explorer)" is checked. Double click "Windows Seven Theme" on the right-hand side. If it hasn't appeared, restart Styler.
